Processing Times

For all orders placed on the Site, processing times may vary from 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 business days in Metropolitan France and 5 to 7 business days for French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM), the Eurozone, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Order preparation time (24 hours) is added to these processing times.

 

Delivery

Zones Free delivery in France (home delivery, collection point, or post office).

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and depend on the delivery country. These costs will be specified to the Customer on the order summary page.

Europe Zone: Cyprus, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Special European Zone: Greece, United Kingdom, Switzerland.

International Zone: China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, United States (USA).
