Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order placed on the online store to return, at your own expense, all or part of your purchases for exchange or refund if they are not suitable. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition (they must not have been worn or washed) and must include the tags.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are only accepted for size exchanges, provided the requested size is available on our website.

For refund requests, please contact our customer service department at eshop@sacrecoeurcollection.com, who will send you the return form to include with your package.

The customer must return the products at their own expense within 14 days of receiving the ordered products from the website. Only products returned in perfect condition for resale, unworn (except for brief fittings to ensure the product fits the customer), with tags attached, unwashed, and in their original packaging or in packaging providing equivalent protection, will be accepted. We will do our best to send you the requested size as quickly as possible.

Any request that does not follow our procedure will be refused. Our advisors will contact you to arrange for the reshipment of your package.

Any exchange request made after the fourteen (14) day period will be rejected.

Under no circumstances can products be exchanged in-store.

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable

Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at eshop@sacrecoeurcollection.com.

Requesting a Refund

For all refund requests, please contact our customer service department at eshop@sacrecoeurcollection.com, who will send you the refund form to return with your package.

The refund process will begin upon receipt of your package. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2 to 14 days of receipt and will be issued to the original payment method.

Any refund request for a previously exchanged item will be issued as a store credit, within 14 days.
